This stainless steel wire rope assembly can be made the length you require. You just select the wire diameter and assembly length in metres to suit your needs (max length 30m).

The wire used in this assembly is 1x19. This was selected for its strength. 

Each end is a fully machined tie rod fork with swage stud and a specially designed locking nut. 

This system is especially suitable for:

• Structural Bracing
• Support and Tensioning Systems
• Awning and Fixture Hangers
• Shop Fitting and Trellis

System lengths up to 30 metres are available.

Your system length is measured in metres from pin centre to pin centre as shown in the image above.

ADJUSTMENT

The Swage Tension Forks are threaded left hand one end and right hand the other. +/- adjustment is achieved by rotation of the swage studs in a clockwise/anti-clockwise direction. 

LOCKING

Flat locking nuts are used to lock the system after adjustment. The nuts are designed to provide a clean look after locking. 

PINS

Double headed pins including pin head and locking screw are supplied as standard. 

Isolating between different materials, can be achieved by using isolation washers and sleeves.

READY TO INSTALL

Swage tension fork systems are supplied ready to install. Tension Fork ends are pre-assembled and adjusted to customer's pin/pin requirements.
